Markdown lists in comments inherited some unwanted CSS rules. The fix is
to make the culprit rules apply to more specific elements.

...from .Handlebars' (which the project no longer uses) .hbs, to a more
generic .tpl. Additionally, replace hyphens with underscores for
consistency.
